WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY TAKING IN EXTERNAL SERVICE/REPAIR WORK.

SERVICING:

All items that pass through our doors will have an amount of testing and servicing completed. We see this as preventative maintenance and includes but is not limited to:

  • Full audio and function test.
  • Calibration/setup of compressors/EQs etc to factory spec.
  • Cleaning of pots and switches.
  • Internal and external examination for signs of potential failure (leaky caps, bad previous repairs, damaged components etc.
  • Replacement of basic components including damaged/faulty switches, pots etc. 
  • Deep clean, inside and out. 
  • New valves in suitable equipment.
  • Comparative analysis of all microphones using RTA software.
  • Firmware/software updates if applicable. 

If you're interested in getting your equipment serviced, please get in touch. This is charged at £50 per hour (including VAT). Minimum 1 hour charge (0.5 hour for microphones). Most units will be completed within an hour. Any parts needed are an additional cost.

REPAIR:

Although we can often diagnose faulty items. Repairing pro audio equipment is a specialist skill which we outsource to external technicians. We plan in the near future to offer this in house so please keep an eye on our company updates over coming months and years.
