GUARANTEE & WARRANTY

We guarantee that all items will arrive as described. Unless otherwise stated, we offer a minimum 30 day warranty for all items. Please see our return policies for more information. 

VAT

We sell items both with VAT and without. Items with VAT will clearly show ”Including 20% VAT” on the product pages. Those without won’t mention VAT on product pages. 

Why is this? We run a VAT “Margin” scheme. It’s all very dull but to explain it simply; if we buy the items from a VAT registered seller, we sell with VAT included. If we buy from a private (non VAT registered) seller we do not sell with VAT on those items. If you would like some more clarification, please get in touch. For international buyers, only items with VAT included will be eligible for the 20% to be removed.

PACKAGING

We take great care in packing, labelling and shipping our items. Due to this, we have very little issues with damaged and lost items. We use a mixture of custom made and reused boxes and packaging. We aim to be as sustainable as possible and only purchase recyclable products. Please reuse and recycle our packaging.

SHIPPING

We use a choice selection of couriers after years of trial and error. Below is an example of who we use for most things:

  • Small Parcels 0-2kg - Royal Mail
  • Parcels up to 30kg - DPD or UPS
  • Large items over 30kg - TNT/Tuffnalls
  • Pallets - Various

We can also offer a specialist delivery by a dedicated local courier. This is not cheap but is the preferred option for large console, speakers and extremely delicate items. 

INTERNATION SHIPPING

We ship worldwide, however we don’t currently support international checkout from our website due to vast differences in shipping costs. Please get in touch if you wish to place an international order.

We use a range of couriers depending on destination that include DPD, Fedex, DHL and TNT.

Please note, VAT is no longer charged on orders to the EU but the BUYER is responsible to pay import tax and fees once the goods arrive in your country. We will not declare lower values to refuse these fees.

SENDING IN YOUR GEAR

If you’re sending items in to us - please ensure they are packed in a double strength cardboard box (no rack units in Amazon boxes please!) with more than adequate amounts of padding. Minimum 1 inch around the item. Please do not use Hermes, Yodel or DX. Cheap websites like Parcel2Go also do not insure electronic items or musical instruments, please ensure the item is insured correctly as we hold no responsibility for damaged items. We recommend booking with Transglobal Express where you can book DPD, UPS or TNT.

We are more than happy to provide suitable shipping materials at extra cost. If you would like further advice, please get in touch.

PAYMENT METHODS

All payments will be handled through the Shopify payment system. This includes Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We DO NOT accept PayPal due to recent policy changes regarding non refundable fees on refunds. 

For international payments these need to be processed manually. We recommend using a service called Wise. 

SELLING YOUR GEAR

VALUATIONS

For insurance purposes this can be arranged at an arranged cost. We don’t offer free valuations. 

COMMISSION SALES

This service is reserved for our existing customers and only applies to large, expensive, obscure items.
