HOW DOES IT WORK?
It’s all very simple but you’ll understand that we have to put checks in place to ensure that products are what they’re claimed to be, and that they operate as expected. Our reputation is on the line when we sell used equipment so please don’t take questions or estimates of value personally.
-
You fill out the contact form below detailing what you'd like to sell. Please provide as much information as you can - is it an original or a re-issue? When did you buy it? Has it been modified? Has it been serviced? Etc etc.
-
We’ll reply to say if we’ll take the items or not, the price we’d pay you for them and a full list of terms for the sale. If this is your first time selling to us we will also require a mandatory ID check.
-
If you accept the offered price then you’ll need to send the items to MNPA HQ where the items will then be checked and tested to confirm everything matches the description.
-
If they match then payment will be issued to you. If they don't match or require servicing work from our tech team we’ll respond with an updated price that factors in the cost of servicing.
-
If you accept the updated price we’ll keep the items and issue the updated payment to you. If you don’t accept the updated price then you’ll need to arrange for the items to be returned at your own cost.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
-
We only accept submissions from sellers based WITHIN THE UK. The unpredictability and expense post-Brexit makes it impractical for us to accept international submissions at the moment.
-
We only engage in commission sales for existing and trusted customers or for very specific items. If you’d prefer to broker your gear, please contact Hamish at MJQ.
RECOMMENDED COURIERS:
Proper packaging and using our preferred delivery agents - Royal Mail or DPD - will greatly reduce the risk of damage to your item during transit. Make Noise Pro Audio cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred while your gear is being sent to us for assessment. We can provide suitable packaging and materials at an additional cost. If you’d like to drop off your items to MNPA HQ yourself then please contact us to confirm an appropriate date and time.
