Federal AM-864/U

Very similar to the Dept of Commerce limiter we sold in recent years. It really smashes things! It has been modded with full frequency range, controls on the rear, XLR IO and was last serviced by Lincoln Fong. By modern standards the noise floor is higher than a lot if gear at around the -70dB mark - more than acceptable given the time period. There’s a mix of ages related to these units but most will suggests it’s 1950s/1960s.
